Target Solid Tops
Target tops and solid tops give you a heavy duty flat cooking surface without open burners, built for stockpots, sauces and anything that needs steady, even heat. We stock both the gas Target Top and electric Solid Top ranges from Waldorf and Blue Seal, all 900mm wide, across bench, leg stand, cabinet base and refrigerated base configurations.
Gas models run a 45MJ dual ring cast iron burner with a removable centre ring, so you can drop a stockpot straight onto the flame or keep the full flat plate. Electric models run a 10.8kW cast steel hot plate split across four independent heating zones, so different parts of the plate can run at different heats at the same time.
All four base types are available on every model: bench mount for your own stand, leg stand with a shelf underneath, an enclosed cabinet base with GN 1/1 storage, or a refrigerated base with two GN 1/1 drawers. Waldorf bases run on adjustable feet, Blue Seal non-bench bases come with rear rollers fitted as standard for easy cleaning.
Every unit in this range is made in New Zealand by Moffat, backed by a 2 year warranty Australia wide.
