Return requests must be made within 6 days of delivery. Once a return request is received the clock stops.
EatTucker operates on a direct shipping model. Your order is shipped from our supplier's warehouse directly to you. Return approval is determined by our supplier on a case by case basis.
Item in Original Packaging
If the unit is in its original undamaged packaging a return is generally approved. Outward and return freight costs plus a restocking fee will apply.
Item Unpacked but Protective Wrapping Intact
If the unit has been unpacked but all protective plastic and wrapping is still in place a return may be possible. Additional fees apply as the unit can no longer be sold as new.
Item Used
If the unit has been used a return is rarely approved. Contact us and we will do our best to negotiate a fair outcome with our supplier.
Freight Damage
If your item arrives with clear physical damage caused during transit contact us immediately. A replacement will be arranged.
Warranty Faults
If a fault develops during normal use the unit will be repaired on site under the manufacturer's warranty. This is separate from the returns process.
