Who does the warranty work
Every product we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty work is done on site, nationwide, by the equipment supplier for that brand. For example, Waldorf is serviced by Moffat Australia.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse.
Wear items such as door seals and lights are not covered.
Booking a warranty call
Have the model number and serial number ready when you call. It helps the supplier book the job faster.
