Cubelet Under Counter

Cubelet under counter ice machines produce a small, soft, chewable ice piece that is growing fast in Australian commercial kitchens. Cubelet absorbs the flavour of the drink around it, makes blending easier and is gentle enough for healthcare settings where hard ice is a problem. It also chills drinks quickly thanks to its irregular surface area and high contact with liquid. All Scotsman cubelet models include XSafe UV bin sanitisation and are rated at 32°C ambient.

These are self-contained units that fit under a standard counter, combining ice maker and storage bin in one cabinet. Cubelet is not available in a modular format in the current Scotsman range.
