Commercial gas griddle toasters combining a flat grill plate on top with an integrated toasting rack underneath. Cook on the grill and toast simultaneously, ideal for burger outlets, cafes and milk bars. A practical alternative to a wall-mounted salamander that saves space and equipment cost on a tight cooking line.

Available from Cobra, Blue Seal and Waldorf in 600mm and 900mm widths. All models feature independently controlled dual burners, a 16mm mild steel griddle plate and a chrome wire toasting rack with multiple rack positions. Natural gas or LPG.
