Product Overview
The Waldorf GT8600G is a 600mm commercial gas griddle toaster combining a 16mm thick mild steel flat griddle plate on top with a toasting compartment underneath. Two independently controlled 22 MJ tubular burners with radiant reflectors heat both the griddle surface and the toasting rack simultaneously, making it ideal for high volume breakfast, café and burger kitchen operations. The toasting compartment has four rack positions and a 430mm x 470mm chrome wire rack. Fully modular and designed to match the Waldorf 800 Series cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG.
