Product Overview
The Cobra CT9 is a 900mm commercial gas griddle toaster from Moffat — a two-in-one cooking station that combines a 12mm mild steel griddle plate on top with a 5-position chrome toasting rack underneath, both running independently off the same three 21 MJ/hr burners. Cook burgers, eggs or bacon on the griddle while simultaneously toasting buns on the rack below — the two functions work at the same time, making this the ideal setup for high-volume burger outlets, milk bars and fast food operations where throughput is critical.
The toasting rack also works as a salamander-style finishing station — melting cheese, warming product or toasting bread without the need for a separate wall-mounted salamander. A standalone salamander requires clear space on the cooking line beneath it, taking that area out of use. The CT9 does the same job in a fraction of the footprint, saving equipment cost and valuable cooking line space in tight kitchens. At 900mm wide with 890mm x 520mm of griddle surface, it handles serious volume. Flame failure protection and piezo ignition standard, open cabinet base with adjustable front feet and rear rollers. Supplied for natural gas or LPG.
