The Cobra CR9B is a 900mm gas range with two open burners and a generous 600mm griddle plate, making it the right choice for commercial kitchens where flat grilling is the primary cooking method but a couple of open burners are still needed. The two cast iron 22MJ open burners require manual lighting, and the 600mm griddle section has its own pilot and flame failure fitted as standard. The high crown static oven below handles one 2/1 GN or two 1/1 GN pans per rack. Heavy gauge 304 stainless steel construction throughout. Can be ordered in natural gas or LPG configuration at the same price.
