The Cobra CR9C is a 900mm gas range combining four open burners and a 300mm griddle section, giving commercial kitchens the flexibility to sear, fry, and grill across a single 900mm wide cooking surface. The four cast iron 22MJ open burners require manual lighting, and the 300mm griddle section has its own pilot and flame failure already fitted as standard. The high crown static oven below handles one 2/1 GN or two 1/1 GN pans per rack. Built from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel with a fully galvanised chassis. Can be ordered in natural gas or LPG configuration at the same price.
