Six cast iron 22MJ open burners deliver powerful, consistent heat, and the high crown static oven below accommodates 2/1 GN or two 1/1 GN pans per rack. Built from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel on a fully galvanised chassis with welded seams, the CR9D is a reliable centrepiece for any busy restaurant, cafe, or catering kitchen. Can be ordered in natural gas or LPG configuration at the same price.
