The Cobra CR9A is a 900mm full griddle gas range with static oven, giving commercial kitchens a continuous flat cooking surface across the entire 900mm width. Three griddle burners deliver 60MJ of griddle output with pilot and flame failure fitted as standard across all griddle sections. The high crown static oven below handles one 2/1 GN or two 1/1 GN pans per rack with a temperature range of 80–300°C. Built from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel on a fully galvanised chassis, the CR9A is a popular choice for cafes, burger and breakfast venues, and any kitchen where flat grilling is the primary cooking method. Can be ordered in natural gas or LPG configuration at the same price. Yes. All three griddle sections on the CR9A have pilot and flame failure fitted as standard. How many oven racks are supplied with the CR9A? One oven rack is supplied. A second rack is available for $70 and is recommended if you regularly cook multiple trays at once. Can the CR9A be ordered in LPG? Yes. The CR9A can be ordered in either natural gas or LPG configuration at the same price. Neither conversion kit is included but one can be ordered separately if you need to switch gas type later. Is the CR9A suitable for a cafe or breakfast venue? Yes. The full 900mm griddle with no open burners makes the CR9A ideal for cafes, breakfast venues, and burger restaurants where flat grilling is the main cooking method.
