Nugget Modular
Nugget modular ice machine heads produce a soft, chewable cylindrical ice piece at high daily volumes, the format of choice for large fast food, healthcare and convenience operations that need chewable ice at scale. Nugget ice has a high surface area that chills drinks fast and makes it ideal for blending. Like cubelet it is easy to chew, which matters in healthcare settings and wherever ice is consumed directly. All Scotsman nugget modular heads are rated at 32°C ambient and include XSafe UV sanitisation.
