Pasta and noodle cookers from Waldorf, Blue Seal and Cobra, in gas and electric. Every model is 450mm wide and made to line up with the rest of that brand's cooking range. All are made in New Zealand and carry a 2 year warranty. The elements sit in the water and heat it directly, so the tank comes back to the boil quickly between batches. Gas or electric?
If the kitchen already runs on gas, a gas model is the usual pick. Gas models come with a regulator that your gas fitter installs on site. If there is no gas in the kitchen, go electric. Call us and we will check which electric model suits the power you have.
Which brand should I choose?
Waldorf, Blue Seal and Cobra are all made in New Zealand and serviced in Australia by Moffat. The simplest choice is to match the brand of the rest of your cooking line, so everything sits flush and parts and service come from the one place.
