A 1.0kW element mounted externally under the pan holds water at temperature, controlled by a simple mechanical on/off thermostat switch. An auto reset over-temperature cut-out protects the element if the pan ever runs dry, with indicator lights showing power and heating status at a glance.
The stainless steel pan takes a standard 1/1 GN insert, with a 25mm drain valve for easy emptying and an integrated water faucet for filling. The pan lifts open for easy cleaning, and every part is accessible from the front of the unit.
