Blue Seal E47 450mm Electric Pasta Cooker

The Blue Seal E47 is a 450mm single pan electric pasta cooker, with a 40 litre stainless steel pan, six baskets included, and three 3.5kW Incoloy 825 coil elements for fast recovery between batches.

Three 3.5kW Incoloy 825 coil elements heat the water directly, controlled by a mechanical thermostat running 30-110°C across three settings: boil, simmer and standby. The elements tilt up for easy cleaning, and an over-temperature cut-out protects them if the pan ever runs dry.

Six stainless steel baskets with moulded handles are included as standard, sitting on a stainless steel wire support grid, with a hinged basket drain stand incorporated. An integrated water faucet fills the pan and doubles as a starch skimming tap, with a drain valve for a full pan change between services.

How many baskets come with the E47?

Six stainless steel baskets are included standard, with extra rectangular or square baskets available separately if you need more.

What's the difference between the E47 and E47-7?

Both are the same 450mm single pan pasta cooker. The E47 runs on a three phase supply, while the E47-7 runs on a single phase supply, for kitchens without three phase power available.
