The Waldorf RN8100G-CB is a 900mm gas target top on a fully enclosed cabinet base, giving you GN 1/1 storage underneath as well as the cooking surface up top. It runs the same 45MJ dual ring cast iron burner as the rest of the range, with a removable centre ring for stockpots and round bottomed pans. Made in New Zealand by Moffat.

The burner sits in a 50mm thick refractory brick lined box, which holds heat well and protects the burner itself. Full pilot and flame failure protection is standard, with a single knob handling both burner output and pilot ignition, dialled from low right up to full 45MJ output. Take the centre ring out and you get direct flame contact for stockpots, paella pans and other round bottomed cookware, the ring is 280mm across. Leave it in and you've got a solid 900 x 625mm cast iron cooking surface that reaches up to 500°C at the centre.

The cabinet base is double skin 0.9mm stainless steel inside and out, and takes up to eight 65mm GN 1/1 pans as standard. An optional 4 position racking kit is available across one or two cabinet bays if you'd rather rack it than pan it. It sits on 63mm stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.

This model runs on either natural gas or LPG, just let us know which when you order. Like all Moffat gas equipment except fryers, a gas regulator is supplied with the RN8100G-CB, but it is not pre-fitted, your licensed gas fitter fits it as part of installation. A gas type conversion kit is included as standard, so you're covered if you ever need to switch.

Can I run this on LPG instead of natural gas?

Yes. The RN8100G-CB is available in either gas type, just let us know which when you order. A conversion kit is included as standard if you ever need to switch.

Does the gas regulator come fitted?

No. Like all Moffat gas equipment except fryers, the regulator is supplied loose, not pre-fitted. Your licensed gas fitter fits it during installation.

How much storage does the cabinet base hold?

Up to eight 65mm deep GN 1/1 pans as standard. If you'd rather have fixed racking, an optional 4 position racking kit is available across one or two cabinet bays.
