Product Overview
The Turbofan E30M3 is a compact 3-tray GN 1/1 electric convection oven from Moffat, designed for kitchens where bench space is limited and simplicity of operation matters. At 810mm wide and just 616mm deep, it fits a standard 600 x 400mm tray or GN 1/1 pan across all three rack positions with 100mm tray spacing. Mechanical thermostat controls keep operation straightforward, and the 10A plug-in cordset means no hardwiring — it runs on a standard 10A outlet. The vitreous enamel oven chamber and hinge-out inner door glass make cleaning quick. Bench mount on the supplied 76mm feet, or add the SK2731N stand for ergonomic working height.

Oven stand
The E30M3 is compatible with the SK2731N stainless steel oven stand ($990 ex GST), which raises the oven to a comfortable working height and includes 6 tray runners for 600 x 400mm trays and GN 1/1 pans. Front castors have dual swivel and wheel locks. Also compatible with E27, E28, and E31 series ovens.
Double stacking
Two E30M3 ovens can be stacked using the DSK272831 double stacking kit ($1,050 ex GST) or DSK272831C with castors ($1,150 ex GST). Compatible with E27, E28, E30 and E31 series. Contact us to discuss stacked configurations.
