Product Overview
The Turbofan E31D4 is a 4-tray GN 1/1 digital electric convection oven from Moffat, stepping up from the E30M3 with digital controls, programmable operation, and a built-in grill mode. Same compact 810mm wide x 616mm deep footprint, same vitreous enamel chamber and Safe-Touch door — but with a large 20mm LED display, electronic thermostat, and capacity for up to 20 saved programs. The 15A plug-in cordset requires a 15A outlet. Bench mount on the supplied 76mm feet or add the SK2731N stand. The most popular model in the E30 series.

Turbofan E30 series
All six E30 series ovens share the same 810mm wide x 616mm deep footprint and stainless steel construction. The differences are tray capacity, controls, and power requirements.

Oven stand
The E31D4 is compatible with the SK2731N stainless steel oven stand ($990 ex GST), raising the oven to a comfortable working height with 6 tray runners for 600 x 400mm trays and GN 1/1 pans. Front castors have dual swivel and wheel locks. Also compatible with E27, E28, and E30 series ovens.
Double stacking
Two E31D4 ovens can be stacked using the DSK272831 double stacking kit ($1,050 ex GST) or DSK272831C with castors ($1,150 ex GST). Compatible with E27, E28, E30 and E31 series. Contact us to discuss stacked configurations.
