The Turbofan H10D-FS is the biggest holding cabinet in the Turbofan range, holding 10 x 460mm x 660mm full size sheet pans at serving temperature in a 735mm wide cabinet. Digital temperature and timer controls with three hold timers keep different batches tracked at once, and a gentle low velocity fan holds food hot without drying it out. At 2.05kW it plugs straight into a standard power point and rolls anywhere on castors.

The H10D-FS is sized to sit under a Turbofan E32D4 or G32D4 convection oven, matching their 735mm width, bake above and hold a full production run below, or roll it wherever service happens.
