Product Overview

The Turbofan H10D-FS is the biggest holding cabinet in the Turbofan range, holding 10 x 460mm x 660mm full size sheet pans at serving temperature in a 735mm wide cabinet. Digital temperature and timer controls with three hold timers keep different batches tracked at once, and a gentle low velocity fan holds food hot without drying it out. At 2.05kW it plugs straight into a standard power point and rolls anywhere on castors.

Turbofan holding cabinets are designed and manufactured by Moffat and backed by Moffat's Australia wide service and spare parts network. The H10D-FS is sized to sit under a Turbofan E32D4 or G32D4 convection oven, matching their 735mm width, bake above and hold a full production run below, or roll it wherever service happens. A cabinet drain runs to a condensate pan, dual halogen lamps show what is inside, and the full double skin stainless construction keeps running costs down.

Best for: High volume kitchens holding 10 full size trays hot under their E32 or G32 oven.

Frequently asked questions

What is a holding cabinet used for?

Keeping cooked food at safe serving temperature until it is needed, roasts resting, pies for the counter, plated meals for function service, batch cooking held for the rush. The gentle fan and 20 to 90 degree range hold food hot without cooking it further or drying it out, and the three timers track different batches at once.

What is the difference between the H8D-FS-UC and H10D-FS?

Same 735mm width, same full size trays, same controls. The H8D-FS-UC is built to 810mm undercounter height with 8 trays, so it slides under a bench. The H10D-FS stands 1015mm tall with 10 trays. If it lives under a counter, get the UC. If it stands on its own or under an oven and you want the extra trays, get the H10D-FS.

Does the Turbofan H10D-FS need special electrical installation?

No. At 2.05kW drawing 8.5A, the H10D-FS comes with a 10A cordset fitted and plugs straight into a standard power point, no electrician needed.

Can an oven sit on top of the H10D-FS?

Yes. The H10D-FS is sized to carry a Turbofan E32D4 or G32D4 convection oven, matching their 735mm width, hold below, bake above. Contact us to price the combination together.

What trays does the Turbofan H10D-FS take?

It holds 10 x 460mm x 660mm full size sheet pans with 74mm spacing between shelves, the same trays as the E32D4 above it, and the side racks are removable for cleaning.
