The Turbofan E31D4/2 gives you two GN1/1 electric convection ovens with digital controls and a grill mode, stacked on one stainless steel stand, doubling your oven capacity without doubling your floor space.

Each oven uses a single direction low velocity fan to move heat evenly through the vitreous enamel chamber, with a halogen lamp so you can see inside while it's running. Bake mode runs on 2.8kW heating, and grill mode switches over to a separate 2.0kW grill element. The electronic thermostat runs 50 to 260°C, and the timer either counts down from up to 180 minutes or counts up to 999 minutes for holding and slow cooking.

Each oven has its own digital display, with individual time and temperature knobs and a dedicated grill mode key, so you can switch between baking and grilling without digging through menus. You can work in manual mode or step through one of 20 stored programs. The door is side hinged, set up for left hand opening as standard, though it can be field converted to right hand. Each oven plugs in on its own 15A cordset, so you'll need two power points, not one.

The E31D4/2 doesn't arrive already stacked. It ships as two individual E31D4 ovens plus a stacking kit that goes together on site, using adjustable feet on this model. If you'd rather have it on castors instead, the E31D4/2C uses the same two ovens with a castor stacking kit.

Does the E31D4/2 arrive already stacked?

No. It comes as two separate E31D4 ovens plus a stacking kit, and goes together on site.

What does grill mode do?

It switches to a separate 2.0kW grill element on top of the oven, apart from the 2.8kW bake elements, for finishing or browning food rather than full convection cooking.
