Cobra CB6-B 600mm Gas Chargrill

The Cobra CB6-B is a 600mm commercial gas char grill for bench mounting, with two independently controlled burners across a cast iron grate.

Two independently controlled 33MJ burners heat a 540mm x 500mm cast iron grate, giving two separate cooking zones on the one unit. The grate sits at an inclined angle to reduce flare-up and channel grease forward into the stainless steel collection tray, and the reversible top grates let you run even or progressive heat across the cooking surface.

A continuous pilot burner with piezo ignition and flame failure protection runs each burner, with large dial controls for variable high to low heat. Grates, radiants and baffles all lift out for cleaning, and every part is accessible from the front of the unit for servicing.

The CB6-B sits on 63mm diameter stainless steel adjustable bench feet, for mounting straight onto an existing bench. Cobra is made by Moffat in New Zealand, and runs on natural gas or LPG, specified when ordering.

Best for: kitchens that already have a bench to mount onto and want a compact 600mm gas chargrill with two independent heat zones.

Does the CB6-B come on a cabinet base?

Yes. The CB6 is the same 600mm chargrill on an open stainless steel cabinet base for extra storage, if you don't already have a bench to sit it on.

Can I run the two burners at different temperatures?

Yes. The CB6-B has two independently controlled burners, so you can run one zone hotter than the other across the same grate.

What gas type does the CB6-B run on?

Natural gas or LPG, specified when you order. Connection is a ½″ BSP male gas inlet, so a licensed gas fitter makes the connection.
