Blue Seal G594-B 600mm Gas Chargrill

The Blue Seal G594-B is a 600mm commercial gas char grill for bench mounting, with two independently controlled burners across a heavy-duty grate.

Two independently controlled 33MJ burners heat a 592mm x 500mm heavy-duty grate, giving two separate cooking zones with individual Hi-Lo gas control and full flame failure protection per burner. Top grates are reversible for level or inclined use, and the inclined position channels grease forward into the front collection channel to reduce flare-ups.

Like all Moffat gas equipment, a gas regulator is supplied with the G594-B, but it is not pre-fitted - your licensed gas fitter fits it as part of installation. Grates, radiants and burners all lift out for cleaning, and the deep stainless steel grease drawer is easily accessed from the front.

The G594-B sits on four 63mm diameter heavy-duty stainless steel bench legs with adjustable feet, for mounting straight onto an existing bench. Optional drop-in griddle plates (300mm or 450mm) and joining caps are available for multi-unit runs. Blue Seal Evolution Series is made by Moffat in New Zealand, and runs on natural gas or LPG, specified when ordering.

Best for: kitchens that already have a bench to mount onto and want a compact 600mm gas chargrill with two independent heat zones.

Does the G594-B come with a gas regulator?

Yes. A regulator is supplied with the G594-B, but it is not pre-fitted - your licensed gas fitter fits it as part of installation, same as any other Moffat gas equipment.

Does the G594-B come on a leg stand?

Yes. The G594-LS is the same 600mm chargrill on a leg stand instead of bench legs, if you don't already have a bench to sit it on.

What gas type does the G594-B run on?

Natural gas or LPG, specified when you order. Connection is a ¾″ BSP male gas inlet, so a licensed gas fitter makes the connection.
