Cobra CB9-B 900mm Gas Chargrill

The Cobra CB9-B is a 900mm commercial gas char grill for bench mounting, with three independently controlled burners across a cast iron grate.

Three independently controlled 33MJ burners heat an 800mm x 540mm cast iron grate, giving three separate cooking zones on the one unit. The grate sits at an inclined angle to reduce flare-up and channel grease forward into the stainless steel collection tray, and the reversible top grates let you run even or progressive heat across the cooking surface.

A continuous pilot burner with piezo ignition and flame failure protection runs each burner, with large dial controls for variable high to low heat across all three zones. Grates, radiants and baffles all lift out for cleaning, and every part is accessible from the front of the unit for servicing.

The CB9-B sits on 63mm diameter stainless steel adjustable bench feet, for mounting straight onto an existing bench. Cobra is made by Moffat in New Zealand, and runs on natural gas or LPG, specified when ordering.

Best for: kitchens that already have a bench to mount onto and want a wider 900mm gas chargrill with three independent heat zones.

Does the CB9-B come on a cabinet base?

Yes. The CB9 is the same 900mm chargrill on an open stainless steel cabinet base for extra storage, if you don't already have a bench to sit it on.

Can I run the three burners at different temperatures?

Yes. The CB9-B has three independently controlled burners, so you can run each zone at a different heat across the same grate.

What gas type does the CB9-B run on?

Natural gas or LPG, specified when you order. Connection is a ½″ BSP male gas inlet, so a licensed gas fitter makes the connection.
