Pasta and noodle cookers save real time on a busy line, holding a full tank of water at a rolling boil so each order drops straight into its own basket rather than waiting on a stockpot. EatTucker stocks the full range from Waldorf, Cobra and Blue Seal, gas and electric, all 450mm and built around the same 40 litre pan.

Gas models run on a patented infra-red burner with a millivolt valve system, so they work even without an electrical supply. Electric models use Incoloy 825 coil elements, in either three phase or single phase depending on what power you've got available. Every unit comes with a full set of baskets standard, an integrated water fill and starch skimming faucet, and a safety cut-out that protects the pan if it ever boils dry.

Noodle cookers use smaller round baskets sized for noodles rather than the rectangular pasta baskets, and a matching electric bain marie is available in each brand if you need somewhere to hold sauce or toppings alongside.
