The Blue Seal G57-LS is a fully modular gas fired high performance 900 mm wide commercial Target Top mounted on a thick gauge 304 grade stainless steel heavy duty matching leg stand with a fitted stainless steel under shelf for convenient storage of kitchen utensils. A redesigned revolutionised range of Target Tops by Blue Seal built on a fully galvanised steel chassis construction with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge 304 grade robust stainless steel. Cast iron Target Top powered by a two stage gas burner with separate inner and outer rings provide accurate temperature control and differentiated temperature zones for full Target Top performance and versatility. An ideal affordable solution for any catering establishment while delivering superior cooking results every time.
