MX15-5AECR is the entry unit, running simple dial controls for kitchens that just need reliable chill and freeze without a touch screen. Every other model steps up to a 7" touch screen with hard and soft chill, hard and soft freeze, and a self-adaptive mode that reads the core probe and adjusts on its own.
MX20AENCT7R is the only built-in model in the range, sized to sit under a bench or into cabinetry on 5 sides. Every other unit is freestanding on legs.
Trays run from 4 up to 21, and power steps from single-phase 10A right through to three-phase 415V on the MX75 and MX85. All run on R455A refrigerant and 304 stainless steel cabinets.
FAQs
Which model do I need?
Match trays to your batch size first, then check power supply against what's available in the kitchen. Single-phase covers MX15 through MX55, MX75 and MX85 need three-phase 415V.
What's the difference between the touch screen and dial models?
The touch screen models run 40 programmable cycles, a self-adaptive chilling mode, and a 3-point core probe. The MX15-5AECR runs simple Chill, Freeze and Hard cycle settings on a dial, no programming or probe.
Do any of these need a drain?
MX55AT7R, MX75AT7R and MX85AT7R need a water runoff point with trap for de-icing water. The rest don't.
