4-tray economy blast chiller and freezer from Friginox, running simple electromechanical controls for kitchens that want reliable chill and freeze without a touch screen.

Set the cycle on the dial and run Chill, Freeze or Hard cycle by timer, no probe or programming needed. The unit switches to a preservation mode automatically once the cycle finishes, so food doesn't sit warming while staff move on to the next job.

The door magnetically seals shut and stays open past 90 degrees on its own, handy when loading and unloading trays without needing a hand free to hold it. Internal corners are coved and the door gasket is removable, both making the cabinet easier to clean out.

Cabinet carries an IP459 water protection rating and runs on R455A refrigerant with a double airflow evaporator for even cooling across all four trays.
