Turbofan E28M4/2 Double Stacked Electric Convection Oven

The Turbofan E28M4/2 gives you two full size electric convection ovens stacked on one stainless steel stand, doubling your oven capacity without doubling your floor space.

Each oven uses twin bi-directional reversing fans to move heat evenly through the vitreous enamel chamber, with dual halogen lamps so you can see inside while it's running. The mechanical thermostat runs 50 to 260°C, and the 60 minute timer counts down and sounds an alarm when it's up. Each oven also has a built in over-temperature safety cut-out.

The two ovens run independently, each with its own power indicator, heating indicator, thermostat and timer, so you can run different temperatures top and bottom if the job calls for it. Neither oven comes with a plug. Each one needs to be hardwired in on its own circuit by a licensed electrician, not just plugged into a wall socket.

The E28M4/2 doesn't arrive already stacked. It ships as two individual E28M4 ovens plus a stacking kit that goes together on site, using adjustable feet on this model. If you'd rather have it on castors instead, the E28M4/2C uses the same two ovens with a castor stacking kit.

Like the rest of our Moffat range, the E28M4/2 is made in New Zealand.

Does the E28M4/2 arrive already stacked?

No. It comes as two separate E28M4 ovens plus a stacking kit, and goes together on site.

Can I run the top and bottom oven at different temperatures?

Yes. Each oven has its own thermostat, timer and controls, so they run independently of each other.

Does this oven come with a power cord?

No. Each oven needs to be hardwired in separately by a licensed electrician, on its own circuit.

What's the difference between the E28M4/2 and E28M4/2C?

The /2 uses an adjustable feet base stand. The /2C uses a castor base stand instead, if you'd rather move it around. Both use the same two ovens.
