Product Overview
The Waldorf SN8200E is a 900mm commercial electric salamander fitted with two independently controlled 3 kW infra-red elements. With two separate cooking zones across a 610mm x 310mm chrome wire rack, each side can be run at different temperatures simultaneously for finishing, toasting, grilling and melting. Four rack positions flat or inclined. Suitable for bench or wall mounting with wall bracket supplied as standard. Optional branding plate available.
