The Cobra CS9 is a 900mm commercial gas salamander fitted with two independently controlled high performance infra-red burners. With two separate cooking zones across a 610mm x 310mm chrome plated rack, each side can be run at different temperatures simultaneously — useful for finishing dishes while grilling others. Suitable for bench or wall mounting with wall bracket supplied as standard. Available in natural gas or LPG.
