The Waldorf SN8200G is a 900mm commercial gas salamander fitted with two independently controlled 15.5 MJ infra-red burners. With four rack positions and a 610mm x 310mm adjustable chrome wire rack, it delivers powerful overhead radiant heat for finishing, toasting, grilling and melting. Suitable for bench or wall mounting with wall bracket supplied as standard. Removable base for easy cleaning. Optional branding plate available. Available in natural gas or LPG.
