The Friginox MX65cAT7R-CF is a roll-in blast chiller and freezer built to take a Convotherm 20 tray combi trolley rack straight out of the oven. It chills 85kg or freezes 40kg per cycle, runs off a 7 inch touch screen with a 3 point core probe, and needs a 20A 400V three phase supply. Made by Friginox in France, distributed and serviced in Australia by Moffat.

Best for: Kitchens running a Convotherm 20 tray combi that want to roll the trolley rack straight from the oven into the chiller.

MX65cAT7R-CF overview

This roll-in is sized for a 20 x 1/1 GN combi trolley rack. Load the rack in the combi, cook, then wheel it straight into the chiller without unloading trays. The MX65cAT7R-C is the chill only version of the same unit.

How the MX65cAT7R-CF chills

Pick from soft chill, hard chill, soft freeze, hard freeze and self adaptive intelligent chilling, and run each cycle on the 3 point core probe or on the timer. A pre-chill key gets the cabinet cold before you load, and at the end of every cycle it drops into hold mode on its own. Thawing and defrosting run with the door closed. Manual defrost has automatic time control. The air cooled condensing unit drives a double air flow evaporator, and it runs on R455A refrigerant.

Which Friginox model do I need?

Both take a Convotherm 20 tray combi trolley rack. The difference is freezing and power.

Simple to use

The 7 inch touch screen has large keys that make it easy to use. Save up to 40 programs, and the favourites key gives shortcuts to the last 9 used. Extra functions cover ice cream hardening, ventilated drying, multiple timers with customisable phases and raw fish sanitation. It also has a USB HACCP recorder.

Options

Friginox offers a variable speed drive on the evaporator fan, a UV sterilisation lamp, extra core probes, up to 3 in total and a conversion kit for retrofitting other combi trolleys (confirmation needed before ordering). These are factory options, so just let us know which you want when you order.
