The Cobra CR6C is a 600mm two burner and 300mm grill commercial gas stove from Moffat — a compact, versatile option for smaller commercial kitchens that need both open burner control and a grill section without the footprint of a 900mm unit. Two 22 MJ/hr cast iron burners sit alongside a 300mm 20 MJ/hr grill section delivering 64 MJ/hr across the cooktop, with a 1/1 GN static gas oven beneath heated by a 24 MJ burner running from 80°C to 300°C. Single side-hinged oven door, vitreous enamelled liner, adjustable front feet and rear rollers, with all controls and servicing accessible from the front. Fully modular for suite installation. Supplied for natural gas or LPG at the same price.
Best for: Smaller restaurants, cafes and takeaways that need a mix of open burner and grill cooking in a compact 600mm stove — suited to kitchens handling both sauce work and grilled items through service.
