The Scotsman MXG M 638 AS OX is a high-capacity modular gourmet ice maker producing up to 335kg of crystal clear medium gourmet cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 20g cube measures 30mm diameter x 34mm — a large, transparent, slow-melting supercube that presents superbly in glassware and suits premium bars, hotels, and high-volume upscale beverage service.
