Product Overview
The Waldorf RN8810G series are 1200mm commercial gas stoves from Moffat, available in four cooktop configurations. The 1200mm width is built as a modular unit — a GN 2/1 static gas oven on the left sharing the same oven base as the Waldorf RN8610G 900mm stove series, with a 300mm stainless steel storage cabinet on the right. The full 1200mm cooktop runs across the top with your choice of eight open burners, or a combination of burners and grill. All open burners are 28 MJ/hr dual flame ring cast iron with flame failure standard and pilot burners optional. The oven runs from 100°C to 290°C with a drop-down door, cast iron sole plate, and fully welded vitreous enamelled liner. Both adjustable feet and rear rollers are supplied standard, fitted to preference on site. Supplied for natural gas or LPG at the same price.
Cooktop configurations
All four configurations are the same price. The grill section is standard on the right-hand side and available on the left on order at no extra cost.
Static or convection oven
The RN8810G series has a static gas oven. The RN8810GC series is the same unit with a convection oven, adding a fan for more even heat distribution, a wider temperature range of 50°C to 320°C, and automatic fan and burner shutoff when the door is opened. The convection model requires a standard 10 amp power point for the fan motor.
