Merrychef e3 HP Electric High Speed Oven

The Merrychef e3 HP is the high convection model in the Merrychef e series, with 3.0kW of convection power, the highest convection-to-microwave ratio in the Merrychef range. While most speed ovens prioritise microwave power for fast reheating, the e3 HP is optimised for products that benefit from more convection heat, baked goods, pastries, croissants and items where even browning and a dry, crisp texture are important. Two phase 20 amp, no hood required.

Best for: Bakeries, patisseries, cafes with a strong baked goods offering and venues where pastry quality and even browning matters more than raw speed.

How the Merrychef e3 HP cooks

The e3 HP uses the same three-technology cooking system, top impingement airflow, microwave energy and convection heat, but with a 3.0kW convection element that delivers significantly more convection energy than other models. This makes the e3 HP particularly effective for pastries, croissants, baked goods and items that need a proper oven finish rather than just rapid reheating. Menu programmes are loaded via USB with Ethernet connectivity for cloud-based management. The built-in catalytic converter means no exhaust hood is required.
