The Blue Seal E90 is a 600mm adjustable electric salamander with a self balancing grill head that raises and lowers to control the distance between the elements and the food. Two independently controlled 1.8 kW elements across a 600mm x 350mm rack compatible with 1/1 GN pans. Open on three sides for easy loading. Suitable for bench or wall mounting. Wall bracket available as an option.
