The Cobra CW2H-CD is a 1200mm two hole commercial gas waterless wok cooker fitted with one 95 MJ chimney burner and one 105 MJ duckbill burner. Built on a full chassis with a double skin insulated wok deck, it is the ideal configuration for kitchens running a mixed Asian menu — one position delivering intense stir-fry heat for Chinese-style cooking and one position with controllable adjustable heat for curries, broths and Southeast Asian dishes. Fully modular and sits flush alongside the rest of the Cobra cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG.

Chimney or duckbill burner?
The CW2H is available in three burner configurations at the same price. The CW2H-CD combines one chimney and one duckbill burner, giving one position for intense Chinese-style stir-fry and wok hei, and one position for controllable heat suited to curries, broths and Southeast Asian cooking. The CW2H-CC has two chimney burners for dedicated stir-fry kitchens. The CW2H-DD has two duckbill burners for kitchens focused on stocks and Southeast Asian cuisine.
Add a side burner
The Cobra C3D-W is a 305mm two burner gas cooktop that attaches to either the left or right end of any Cobra wok cooker, adding two standard 22 MJ open burners for sauces, sides and general cooking. It is a standard off-the-shelf product that can be added to any Cobra wok at any time and is sold separately.
