The Cobra CW1H-C is a 600mm single hole commercial gas waterless wok cooker fitted with a 95 MJ chimney burner. Built on a full chassis with a double skin insulated wok deck, it suits any commercial kitchen cooking Chinese, Cantonese or Sichuan cuisine and is fully modular so it sits flush alongside the rest of the Cobra cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG.

Chimney or duckbill burner?
The CW1H is available with two different burner types at the same price. The chimney burner (CW1H-C) fires a concentrated vertical flame column directly into the base of the wok, generating intense focused heat ideal for Chinese-style stir-fry, fried rice and dishes requiring wok hei. It is designed to run at full power and is not suited to turning down. The duckbill burner (CW1H-D) spreads a wider fan-shaped flame giving more controllable, adjustable heat better suited to Thai, Malaysian and Indian kitchens cooking curries, broths and dishes that require flame variation.
Add a side burner
The Cobra C3D-W is a 305mm two burner gas cooktop that attaches to either the left or right end of any Cobra wok cooker, adding two standard 22 MJ open burners for sauces, sides and general cooking. It is a standard off-the-shelf product that can be added to any Cobra wok at any time and is sold separately.
