Product Overview

The Scotsman NWL 1008 AS OX is a high-capacity modular large dice ice machine producing up to 456kg of large dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 15g large dice cube measures 28mm x 22mm x 28mm — a premium, slow-melting cube that presents well in glassware and suits upscale bar service, spirits, and premium cold drinks. Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. The XSafe Natural Sanitation System and Agion antimicrobial technology work together to resist microbial growth and suppress odours between service cycles. One-touch cleaning reduces labour time and front evaporator access simplifies servicing. A double stack option is available for operations requiring even greater production capacity. Three phase power is available for reduced energy consumption. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
