Product Overview
The Scotsman ACS 87 AS is a self-contained under counter gourmet ice machine producing up to 31kg of crystal clear small gourmet cubes per day at 32°C ambient. The horizontal spray evaporator system freezes water from the top down, allowing impurities to fall away and producing a clear, slow-melting small gourmet cube — 21mm diameter, 25mm high, 8 grams each. The 19kg integrated storage bin fits neatly under a standard counter. Scotsman has been designing and manufacturing ice machines since the 1950s and remains one of the world's leading ice equipment manufacturers. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
