Product Overview
The Scotsman ECM 47 AS OX is a self-contained under counter gourmet ice machine producing up to 18kg of crystal clear medium gourmet cubes per day at 32°C ambient. Part of the EC Series, it adds XSafe UV sanitisation which continuously sanitises ice in the bin throughout the day, and PWD progressive water discharge which pumps melt water up to 15 metres — useful where gravity drainage to a floor drain is not possible. The horizontal spray evaporator system produces the distinctive clear, slow-melting medium gourmet cube — 30mm diameter, 34mm high, 20 grams each. Scotsman has been designing and manufacturing ice machines since the 1950s and remains one of the world's leading ice equipment manufacturers. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
