Product Overview
The Scotsman ECM 207 AS OX is a high capacity self-contained gourmet ice machine producing up to 115kg of crystal clear medium gourmet cubes per day at 32°C ambient. Part of the EC Series, it includes XSafe UV sanitisation which continuously sanitises ice in the bin throughout the day, and PWD progressive water discharge which pumps melt water up to 15 metres for installations where gravity drainage is not possible. Medium gourmet cube — 30mm diameter, 34mm high, 20 grams each. The 50kg integrated storage bin sits on adjustable feet included as standard. Scotsman has been designing and manufacturing ice machines since the 1950s. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
