Product Overview
The Scotsman ACM 47 AS is a self-contained under counter gourmet ice machine producing up to 21kg of crystal clear medium gourmet cubes per day at 32°C ambient. The horizontal spray evaporator system freezes water from the top down, allowing impurities to fall away and producing the distinctive clear, slow-melting gourmet cube. The 9kg integrated storage bin fits neatly under a standard counter. Scotsman has been designing and manufacturing ice machines since the 1950s and remains one of the world's leading ice equipment manufacturers. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
