Product Overview
The Convotherm CMINIPRO10.10 is the largest model in the mini pro range, a compact combi oven with 10 tray capacity at full 1/1 GN depth. Like the rest of the mini pro range it keeps the fan and heating element at the back of the cabinet with controls on top, letting it sit on a benchtop or stand rather than needing full floor space.
Convotherm ovens are backed by Moffat's Australia wide service and spare parts network. The 10.10 suits busier cafes and small kitchens that need higher output than the 6 tray models but still want to stay off the floor, plus Press&Go automatic cooking with up to 399 profiles.
Best for: higher volume cafes and small commercial kitchens that need 10 tray output without stepping up to a floor standing combi.

Does the CMINIPRO10.10 need a hood?
Yes. Combi ovens release steam when the door opens, so an extraction hood is required regardless of the 10.9kW rating. This is different to a straight convection oven, where hooding depends on kW. Ventilation requirements can vary by council, so check your local regulations if unsure.
Does it need a water and drain connection?
Yes. The 10.10 needs a permanent G3/4" water connection and a drain, since steam and combi-steam modes inject water into the cooking chamber. This applies to every model in the mini pro, maxx and maxx pro ranges, not just this one.
Is it plug-in or hardwired?
Hardwired. The 10.10 draws 15.2A on a 400-415V three phase supply and needs an electrician to connect it, the same as the rest of the mini pro range.
What's the difference between the 6.10 and 10.10?
Tray count and height. Both take full size GN 1/1 trays, but the 10.10 holds 10 trays instead of 6, in a taller cabinet with more power draw to match. If your kitchen is turning over enough volume to need the extra capacity, the 10.10 pays for itself in fewer batches. If 6 trays covers your service, the 6.10 is the cheaper, lighter option.
What's the difference between the stainless and black versions?
Same oven, same specifications and capacity. The CMINIPRO10.10-B just has a black exterior finish, for $800 more ex GST.
