The Lincat CiBO+ is a countertop speed oven built around a unique tri-heat cooking system that combines microwave energy, TurboAir high-speed airflow and a heated ContactBase ceramic plate, three heat technologies working simultaneously to deliver fast, consistent results with genuine browning, crisping and a perfectly finished base. Unlike standard speed ovens that use impingement airflow, the CiBO+ heated ceramic base means food cooks from below as well as above, eliminating the soggy bottoms that are the common weakness of countertop speed ovens. Plugs into a standard 15 amp single phase outlet, no hood required, manufactured in the UK by Lincat.
Best for: Cafes, bars and small restaurants that need fast consistent food output with superior base colouration, particularly suited to pizza, flatbreads, pastries and toasted items where a crisp base matters.
How the CiBO+ cooks
The CiBO+ tri-heat system works as follows. TurboAir distributes high-speed airflow in a cylindrical pattern over the food surface for fast, even colouration from above. The rear-launched microwave with stirrer penetrates the food for rapid internal heating. The toughened neo ceram ContactBase heated ceramic plate delivers direct contact heat from below, adjustable temperature control and rapid heat up means the base gets the same quality finish as the top. The result is food that is properly cooked throughout with genuine browning top and bottom, not just reheated.
Up to 40 menu items can be programmed on the QPad touchscreen. The Touch and Change function allows easy customisation of menu item positions and recipe settings. The 340mm x 340mm cooking area fits a 12 inch pizza and accommodates GN2/3 gastronorm containers. Ventless operation means no extraction hood is required.
