The Washtech CD240 is the top of the Washtech conveyor range, a fully automatic 4 stage rack conveyor dishwasher delivering 240 racks per hour as standard. The 4 stage process covers pre-wash, wash, post-wash and sanitising rinse, handling the heaviest soil loads at the highest throughput of any Washtech conveyor machine. Built for the largest commercial operations where continuous, high-volume dishwashing is a core kitchen function. Fully modular, all stainless steel, configured to client specifications.
Best for: Large scale hotels, convention centres, hospitals, stadiums, airline catering and institutional kitchens that need maximum continuous throughput and the most thorough multi-stage cleaning process.
How the Washtech CD240 works
Racks travel through 4 stages on a continuous conveyor, pre-wash removes heavy food soil, the main wash provides powerful recirculating cleaning, a post-wash stage ensures thorough removal of wash chemistry, then a sanitising hot rinse completes the cycle. The rinse economiser ensures water is used only when racks are present. Removable upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with end plugs make daily cleaning straightforward. Simple electromechanical controls minimise service requirements with parts available nationwide through Moffat.
