Product Overview
The Scotsman NUH 227 AS OX is a self-contained under counter half dice ice machine producing up to 95kg of half dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 6g half dice cube measures 10mm x 22mm x 28mm — a compact, fast-chilling cube ideal for blended drinks, cocktails, and high-volume bar service where rapid chilling and easy dispensing matter. The 37kg integrated storage bin provides generous capacity for busy service periods, while the machine still fits neatly under a standard counter.
Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. The XSafe EcoX Natural Sanitation System keeps ice clean between service cycles, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant reduces environmental impact. One-touch cleaning reduces labour time, and the disappearing door provides easy bin access. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
