Product Overview
The Scotsman NU 307 AS is a self-contained under counter dice ice machine producing up to 125kg of dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 10g dice cube measures 22mm x 22mm x 22mm — a versatile, fast-chilling cube well suited to cold drinks, bar service, and food display. The 37kg integrated storage bin handles the demands of high-volume service, and the front-in, front-out airflow design allows installation in tight spaces where side or rear clearance is limited.
Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. The XSafe EcoX Natural Sanitation System keeps ice clean between service cycles, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant reduces environmental impact. One-touch cleaning reduces labour time, and the disappearing door provides easy bin access. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
