The Blue Seal GT60 is a commercial FAST FRI gas fryer with a large single tank that will hold up to 31 litres of oil or 46 lbs of shortening. Blue Seal are renowned for their high performance stainless steel fryers that are easy to use, easy to install and easy to service while still delivering 100% operator safety protection.
- Free standing 600 mm wide Vee Ray gas fryer with an oil frying depth of 95 mm
- Fish fryer with a large tank that holds 31 litres of oil or 46.5 lbs of shortening
- A production rate of 31 kg per hour guarantees extra performance and extra results
- Blue Seal fryer features a very sensitive thermostat accurate to + or - 1° Centigrade
- A power gas rating of 45 Mj per hour for each element ensures fast impressive results
- High output gas efficient fryer can cook up to 100 lbs of fries per hour
- Variable temperature control can be set from 145°C to 195° Centigrade
- Over Heat safety control will turn off the fryer if oil temp rises above 220°C
- Fryer fitted with a simple operated push button pulse ignition for easy lighting
- Operator friendly no fuss mechanical controls displayed on an enamelled front panel
- Two large or Three standard chrome plated wire baskets and stainless steel lid are provided
- Fully constructed from heavy duty 304 grade durable stainless steel
- Impressive 10 year limited warranty on the open stainless steel pan
